

She started out as a quick sketch while watching television then quickly blossomed into a young princess dressed in rose, peach and blue.

From the beak you can see this is a male swan, a cob. His arms are stretched wide where a star bounces from his wing and spreads light across the sky.

I figure when my hands won’t hold a brush for this or that reason but I still have use of my fingers, then by all means my fingers should become the brush.
“Standing Swan” was created in oils using nothing but my index finger and oil paints. I used Prussian blue and white oils on 6 x 9 acid free paper.
