A Head Full of Thoughts

No, I am not fearful that the world will be destroyed or even heavily damaged by nuclear war. I strongly believe what the Bible says concerning things of this sort.

Although my contact with Betty is significantly less, I did not kick her to the curb. The individual who was kicked out of my home and has terrorized me with insults surely isn't finished. Blocking her number resulting in her silence is too easy, but having emotion safety lights will help manage any disruptions. If needed, I will take legal action to ensure physical and emotional safety; doing so without malice.

Emotional safety lights help me to step outside of my issues to see the situation for what it is.

Today I've got spasms from the thigh to the soles of my feet. Snow is in bed with her eyes closed trying to manage her vertigo symptoms.

I've twice fallen asleep writing this entry.
