RedBubble has stepped it up with private sites.
Check this out! When you click the RedBubble button on my sidebar it will now take you to my private Redbubble site where you can browse all Sundrip art hosted there. All prints and greeting cards are still available as are framed prints and my art on canvas.
For all artists looking to showcase their work on the net consider trying Redbubble. The art is magnificent and the feeling of community unmatched. Their products are quality and the customer service is top notch. You can’t lose with Redbubble. My favorite part of the site is the feedback from other artists. You’ll meet people from all over the world, known and unknown alike congregate, share and encourage.
I was so shy at first about joining but it’s been a real boost for me. They continue to grow in size, quality and commitment. This is a good website and I don’t say that lightly.

This is a painting of hope and encouragement, strength and drive to reach the stars and keep a hold of them. Soar and never stop, dream and keep on hoping. Dance to your own music, sing your own songs and pray you always have the strength to do so. The following poem goes with the painting called “I Will Shine”
A robe made of feathers
Sheer but covering,
Flowing yet steady and secure.
Wrapped in white she professes to all
“I will shine.”
About this piece:
Each piece of the background has quilted edges.
The sun is medallion like
When viewed closely the female figure’s gown has a feather-like appearance.
Each piece of the background has it’s own rocky landscape texture.
The only piece of the background without a winding landscape is the sun.
The pieces all have their own boundary lines, their own existence apart from the rest. Each piece has it’s own colour. The textures are similar but no two are an exact match. These puzzle-like pieces symbolize difficulties, stops and obstacles that we face on different roads in our life. However, when all the pieces are put together and the flaws of our existence overlooked the view can be bright and beautiful. Hope is absolutely always on the horizon. Let yourself shine with it.
Availability:
For a short time greeting cards of the above painting are available at my Redbubble gallery.
Prints are available of all three paintings with a verified email account via this site or my Etsy shop. See the page FAQ for print details.

Depending on my mood my paintings can take a drastic change from very earthy colours to bright and vivid then flair with colours from the sea and sky. The second image shown is “Africa Shines” and the third is titled “Above The Sunflower So High.”

Ladybird V2 - Dark hair with blue-purple mountain view.

Ladybird V1

A young blond woman in a red gown lays in blue-green mist as she watches a dove ascend at sunset. This is a very peaceful moment of a woman enjoying nature at the close of her day.

Ladybird (V1 and V2) can be found in The Pretty Picture Gallery here on Sundrip.

On a lazy Sunday afternoon a young girl opens her hands to the wings of a butterfly.

The clothing of this dark skinned, redheaded little girl has the same pattern as the butterfly and the flowers. An added bonus to the painting is the stark white contrast of her scarf which blows in the wind.

Sunday Afternoon is loosely based on my acrylic painting called Blue Green Gold and can be seen in the Innocence Gallery and on Redbubble.
