It was all around a good day. There was nothing spectacular that happened. I didn’t win the lottery or anything like that but I feel good.
Usually when I get up I hit the ground running. I’m moving here and there, getting things done. This morning was no different. I think Sunday may be the busiest day of week because it’s the day I prepare for the rest of the week. I think it may also be one of the most stressful days because it’s the start of a new therapy week. Before I go into that let me just say after three loads of laundry, a little bit of cooking and a short trip out I was ready for a nap. This is when I smiled inside. Continue reading ‘Contentment’
