Hi. I have a friend that i recently found out has DID. She does not want help, and is not very informed of what comes along with it. She doesn't actually have seperate names and such, but definitely can see the differences. She was thinking about getting help.. but doesn' tknow what its like or what they will do. And also has horrible dreams where she cant go back to sleep.. Is that because of it.. do you think? And she also does this weird thing with her jaw, and sometimes grinds her teeth at night.. All of which she has always wondered if it is because of this. Im sorry if you do not want me to ask but im desperate to find some information for her maybe if she understands it more, she will be more willing to go through with some help but I do not want to push. I myself know only you can make decisions for yourself.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Please e-mail me either way so I know.
Thanks so much. Your site is wonderful. And so is your art

I'm always impressed at how you manage to remember so much detail and so much of your dreams.

Has it always been that way for you? My therapist and I tried to do dream work but gave up after about two years because I just didn't seem to be able to remember enough to make it a useful road to go down.

Do you write about them right after you wake up or is it just easy for you to remember dreams?
