The very first art piece on your entry Decision to Stay and Feel is absolutely stunning.

I think AT is very healing. I’ve been able to better manage some of my flashbacks by processing them via AT.

I just looked through your art therapy gallery,and I am really impressed. Wonderful work. I use are to help me internalize things I’m working on in therapy too. It is amaazing to me sometimes how doing a drawing about something can bring it home to all the parts of me.

I especially liked “you should have tried harder” It is tragic and poignant and I can completely relate.

I’ve never even heard of Harper’s Island. What channel is it on? I may have to check it out. My two summer shows are off for the season, so I’ve nothing left to rot my brain with.

Slasher films don’t scare me, for some reason. Actually I find them boring. You can only see so much blood and gore, ya know.
