		<description>Hi Faith,

I have had lots of acupunture sessions and none of them were done on my feet or hands. They helped a lot. Until I figured out that I was gluten intolerant and was giving myself an auto-immune disease by eating gluten, celiac&#039;s disease, I managed a lot of my issues with acupunture and it was incredibly helpful with chronic pain, relaxing my muscles, and making my muscles not get injured and recover from injuries. I needed less pain meds and less chiropractic visits. For me it was important to have the person stay in the room with me, so I could better manage my fears and that was great. I had a great person who really got me over that. If possible, it is nice to have someone there to help you, if you can do that for the first few times. Good and healing thoughts to you.
