I’m exhausted. I’m in pain. I’m hungry but don’t want to cook anything. My heart is a bit heavy. I’m physically knocked around which is emotionally exhausting. It’s been a tearful day.

Because of pain I missed the deadline for the commissioned sunflower piece. I’m not a commission art person at all. It’s hard for me to see someone else’s vision and interpret it in paint. I don’t regret doing this, I just see why it’s not a regular thing for me.

I found something interesting about my Delta-8 THC. It can be used as a topical. I read it online and then tried it. OMGoodness! It works very quickly. I put some in cocoa butter and grapeseed oil. I added a few essential oils. I’m impressed! I can’t believe how quickly it works. I’ve added the cream to my pain relief cache. It works on headaches too. I put some on the back of my head and around my ears. Worked!

I can’t believe I’ve had this but didn’t know I can mix it in lotion or make my own butter. Just wow.

Right now I’m smelling all good. Lol. I added cinnamon, cloves and turmeric to the Delta-8 butter. I added some to oil and made a roller that I can take with me. That one is Delta-8, rosemary and German Chamomile.

Last January I broke both wrists. I’m feeling that pain. Several nights before I knew about the topical I was holding my wrists as I rocked back and forth in pain. The weather is changing. These bones of mine aren’t happy.

I’m happy to have an extra something to fight pain, though. The only thing that’s high is the area where the pain is. It doesn’t go to the blood system so there are no affects. I can use the butter and the edible if needed.

I spend a lot of time trying to control physical and emotional pain. Right now art is working well for me to control anxiety. The above drawing is a work in progress.

I still feel dolls coming on :-). I’m getting in the zone for it. Massaging the vagus nerve helps a lot too, mostly with anxiety control. Anxiety is very high tonight.

I only sell art, not edibles or topicals. I’ll tell you how I made the topical though. Ingredients list:

  • Delta-8 THC
  • Cocoa butter
  • Grapeseed oil

As you can see in the photo, I use a coffee mug burner. I add the cocoa butter and grapeseed oil to the jar and let it melt. After it’s melted and is completely liquid, without lumps, add Delta-8 then stir. Refrigerate so it’ll firm up.

To make for a roller leave the cocoa butter out. Just add Delta-8 to the grapeseed oil. I don’t know how much Delta-8 THC you should add. It’s touch and feel. Try to make a small batch first.
